Reece Corbett-Wilkins
Reece advises on a wide range of insurance issues, acting for both local and London insurers in professional indemnity, financial lines and directors & officers claims, in defence and as coverage and monitoring counsel, with a particular focus on privacy and technology risk. He is a leading member of Clyde & Co's cyber incident response team, and regularly advises insurer and insured clients on incident preparedness, response, and third party claims and investigations. Reece has experience in advising on a wide variety of complex cyber incidents, ranging from network interruption (DDOS, ransomware, network outage), data breach, fraud and crime, identity theft, and business interruption incidents. He is sought after for his strong relationships with incident response vendors including IT/Forensic, PR, and credit reporting bodies, and his experience in managing complex public notification campaigns.
Reece has completed a secondment to Denver and New York, where he has worked alongside experienced practitioners, developing a strong understanding of the role of 'breach coach' and the US cyber risk landscape. He is also completing his Masters of Cyber Security, Strategy, and Diplomacy at UNSW (ADFA campus).
